Product Manager

Coimbatore / Remote 3–6 years experience Full-time

What You Will Do

  • Own the product roadmap for the KnitI fabric inspection platform and CCTVGPT video analytics platform
  • Work directly with factory customers — GMs, quality heads, plant managers — to understand pain points and define features
  • Coordinate engineering sprints, prioritize the backlog, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones
  • Define and track product KPIs including adoption rates, defect detection accuracy, customer retention, and NPS
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to create product positioning and go-to-market strategies

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–6 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or industrial technology
  • Understanding of manufacturing workflows — production lines, quality control, and factory operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements
  • Experience working with engineering teams in agile environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What We Are Looking For

  • 2–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology or industrial sectors
  • Strong content creation skills — you can write clearly and tell compelling stories about technical products
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
  • Understanding of the industrial or manufacturing sector is preferred
  • Self-starter who can operate independently and drive results with minimal oversight

What You Will Do

  • Build and lead the enterprise sales pipeline from prospecting through close
  • Manage and deepen relationships with large textile groups, manufacturing conglomerates, and industrial enterprises
  • Close 6–7 figure annual contracts with factory and plant leadership
  • Represent CountAI at industry events, trade shows, and executive meetings

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of proven B2B enterprise sales track record with demonstrated ability to close large deals
  • Existing network within the manufacturing industry — textile, automotive, FMCG, or heavy manufacturing
  • Experience selling technology solutions (SaaS, IoT, automation, or AI) to factory and plant leadership
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to meet customers and attend events
